Athletics
We welcome media at any and all athletic events. We have two schools with varsity athletic programs, George Washington High School and Galileo Magnet High School. Our middle schools also have competitive programs.

School Visits & FERPA
The school district will allow media visitors to campus, depending on the circumstances. The division may have events in which the media are invited for coverage.
When going into schools or school events, please be mindful that Danville Public Schools does have a process for students to opt-out of being photographed or filmed for any reason. When unsure, it is best practice to not film faces of students.
