Greetings!

I am Stacy Bumper Noell. I grew up right here in Danville and attended Danville Public Schools, graduating from George Washington High School. 

I am a divorced mother of a 23-year-old son. He is my greatest accomplishment! After graduating, I attended the following Universities- Old Dominion, NC A&T and Elon. My studies include communications, theater arts, counseling, special education and English Language Arts. I am licensed in both ELA and Special Education and have taught all grades from kindergarten to college over the last 28 years. I worked as a NC Public Educator for 30.7 years and am officially retired from NC as of August 1. I am excited to return "home" to DPS and continue my career as an educator. My immediate family all live here and I am going to enjoy seeing them regularly. I have taught many subjects and am so excited to be able to teach reading, my absolute favorite! I look forward to a wonderful school year.
