• I was born and raised in Danville. I'm a product of Pittsylvania County Public Schools graduating from Dan River High School.  I enlisted in the U.S Navy where I spent 20 years of my life training, instructing, developing, traveling the world and defending our country. I obtained an Associated Degree in General Studies and then my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. After retiring from the Navy I moved back to Danville where I worked in Law Enforcement and with Pittsylvania County schools. I found my passion working with students and knew this was my calling. I'm committed to Danville and I see the possibilities and greatness in our students. I'm a hard teacher, but fair. I want our students to take ownership of their learning and become lifetime learners.

    In my free time I dedicate a lot of time being a proud member of Ω Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.Ω. I also love to fish and ride my motorcycle.
