Hello!

My name is Francesca Garland. I was born in Ringgold, Va. I went to Dan River High School. Go Wildcats :) I attended Norfolk State University. Behold The Green and Gold!! I majored in Health & Physical Education. I'm happy to be here at R.I.S.E. Academy teaching P.E. & Health. My favorite sport is basketball. My favorite NBA team is currently the LAKERS. Go LEBRON!!! P.E. was one of my favorite subjects in school and I hope it will be yours. I'm excited about this school year and let's make it the best one yet!
