I grew up in a small town in South Carolina and finished high school a long time ago.  I graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.  I graduated from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte (UNCC) with a Master of Arts degree in English Literature.  I like to read and write in my spare time.  I have been teaching in both the private and public sector for about twenty-five years.
