He-llo and Welcome to My Page! 

I began my teaching journey in 2019 at Gretna Middle School teaching 8th grade ELA. the 2023-2024 year marks my second year at DPS and my second year teaching the 7th grade. I graduated from Averett University with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in theatre arts. I then received my teaching license from UVA. I am an avid animal-lover and an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. 

I am your textbook definition of "nerd." Some of my interests include:
