I am delighted to be an educator for Danville Public Schools. I am originally from Richmond, Virginia with over two generations of innovative teaching in three different states. My husband and I have been married 28 years and proud parents of three wonderful adult children. Growing and learning with my family and students energizes my why for remaining on my educational journey. Active listening and understanding children supports my intentional planning and mindful implementation of daily meaningful practices. My overall goal is to encourage life-long learners.
