Dr. Wayne Lyle
Chief Operations OfficerDr. Wayne Lyle holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Tech, an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia, a Master of Education degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Radford University. He has served as a classroom teacher as well as an adjunct instructor for the University of Virginia. He spent 10 years in school administration before becoming an instructional supervisor.

Dr. Natalie Halloran
Chief Human Resources OfficerDr. Natalie Halloran holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia, a Masters in Foundations of Education from Troy State University, and a Bachelors in Journalism, as well as a certification in Early Childhood Education, from Norfolk State University. She has also received SHRM and Reading Recovery certifications from Old Dominion University. In Norfolk Public Schools, Dr. Halloran served as a classroom teacher, instructional specialist, school administrator, coordinator, and senior director. She spent six years in the Office of School Quality at the Virginia Department of Education as an ESEA Lead Coordinator. She has also served as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Federal Programs for Franklin City Public Schools.

Andrea Gillus
Chief Financial OfficerAndrea Gillus is a graduate of Hampton University in Accounting. She has experience in the private sector as an accountant. Her previous roles in education include contracted consultant, Director of Budget and Operations in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and Chief Financial Officer at Winston Salem-Forsyth County Schools.

Takiwi Milton-Babalola
Chief Academic OfficerTakiwi Milton-Babalola holds an Educational Specialist in Teaching and Learning degree and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Augusta State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Paine College. She has certifications in mathematics, gifted education, and leadership. She has 13 years of experience as a math teacher, as well as a professor of mathematics at Paine College. She has served as an instructional coach and professional learning, as well as a K-12 Mathematics Curriculum Coordinator.
