Parents can be observers and can link their Canvas account to their student's account so they can see assignment dues dates, announcements, and other course content. Observers can view the course content but cannot participate in the course.
Parents, please use the following directions if you would like to set up your own Canvas account and pairing code so you can observe your student's Canvas courses.

Students and Parents,
Great news! This semester, Danville Public Schools has chosen to partner with FEV Tutor to provide you with free, school-sponsored, 1:1 online tutoring and homework help as a support resource this semester. Danville Public Schools has selected your student to receive tutoring in Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies, and you will have access to a live tutor 24/7 for last minute homework help and coursework support!
Since this is a virtual service, you can access tutoring at any time, anywhere with a computer/device and an internet connection. Simply click the FEV icon in your Single-Sign-On portal (DPS SSO), and you will be able to request to work with a tutor in minutes for an On-Demand session, OR you can book a session in advance. On the FEV platform, students will be able to upload and share files directly with their tutors so that our tutors can provide support with specific assignments or projects.
You can expect to receive a call, sms, and email from FEV Tutor on how to get started. Tutoring sessions are offered EVERY DAY and 24/7 for On-Demand Homework/Course work support.
If you have any questions about this free virtual tutoring program, please contact FEV Tutor directly at: va@fevtutor.com or call 855-763-2607. FEV's Support Team is happy to answer any questions and work with you to create a personalized tutoring experience that best suits your learner!
Take this opportunity to help your student reach their academic goals! We look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
Danville Public Schools and FEV Tutor
