    Hello and Welcome!

    Ms. Muhsina Abdulkhaafid has been a public and private elementary school teacher for 17 years in Virginia and in Alaska. Previously she has taught grades 2, 3, 5, and 6. This is her first year teaching 4th grade and her first year at I. W. Taylor Virtual Academy. 

    Ms. Khaafid lives with her lovely daughter and one naughty cat. They have lived in Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia - where her family settled, Cairo EG, and most recently Alaska. Her hobbies include running, bike riding, hiking, camping, gardening, and all things outdoors.
