Subcontracting Projects
All contractors MUST be bonded, licensed, and insured.
Project Guidelines:
- Projects up to $9,999 only require 1 quote.
- Projects $10,000 to $99,999 require 3 quotes.
- Projects over $100,000 require an RFP. RFPs will be posted on the DPS website.
**Danville Public Schools have the right to waive the above requirements and purchase from one of the
partnering purchasing contracts:
