SchoolDude is the official system used by Danville Public Schools to report facility repairs and submit requests to the Maintenance & Operations Department.
How Work Orders Are Submitted
Each school or office has a designated staff member responsible for submitting work orders. All staff should report issues to their designated contact, who will then enter the request into SchoolDude.
⚠️ ALL work order requests must be submitted through SchoolDude, including emergency requests.
Work Order Updates
Designated school contacts will receive email notifications as the status of a work order changes
