Danville Public Schools (DPS) is committed to effectively managing its records by adhering to best practices and following a systematic and logical plan developed by the schools and central departments that maintain the records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

HOW TO ORDER A TRANSCRIPT OR ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION

• Student records are maintained at the school the student last attended. Records from schools that have closed are maintained at the Central Office. Closed schools include: Glenwood Elementary, Grasty School, Westmoreland, Robert E. Lee, Schoolfield High School, W. Townes Lea Elementary and Woodrow Wilson Middle School. All current and former school requests please use Scribbles services.
