Welcome to a new school year at George Washington High School!  I am so excited to see great things manifesting in our school and look forward to a fun year in Chorus!

To introduce myself, I have been teaching chorus for 13 years for public schools!  I have been a musician and a music lover all my life!  I grew up singing in church choirs, planning and participating in chorus concerts as District assistant and event coordinator for middle and high schools!  

I attended University of North Carolina at Wilmington and recieved my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music. I attended University of North Carolina at Greensboro and recieved A Licensure Certification for Music Education. 

My goal is for all my students to comprehend the skills of vocal training; to empower them by giving them the tools to master music and soar to be self-sufficient lifelong lovers of learning music..
