Welcome to Mrs. Stevens' 3rd Grade Website!

My name is Britnee Stevens and I will be your child's 3rd grade teacher this year. I am in my 6th year of teaching, my 4th year in 3rd grade and my 2nd year at IW Taylor Virtual Academy. Prior to coming to IW Taylor, I taught in North Carolina for two years and prior to that I taught high school in New York for one year and in Alabama the other year. Now, you may be wondering why I have moved around so much. I have been blessed enough to be a military (Army) spouse. My husband, Andrew, is an Apache Pilot with the US Army and we have been stationed in all of these areas throughout the last seven years. In addition to my husband, I have been blessed with one beautiful 18 month old son named Luke, two dogs, a horse and a pony (one of whom you will see in my avatar.
