Maintenance Request Policy

  • All requests for Maintenance Services need to be entered through the work order system, SchoolDude.

    • SchoolDude is the program used by Danville Public Schools to report facility repairs and requests to the Maintenance/ Operations Department.
    • Each school/office has a designated person to submit work orders. All staff should notify their designee of issues to be entered into SchoolDude.
      Email Janice Glass to request access to SchoolDude for any new designees.
    • School designees will receive email notifications from SchoolDude as the work order status changes.
    • ALL WORK ORDER REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH SCHOOLDUDE, including emergency request. TRUE emergencies may also be called in.
