Cody Kesling is the director of bands at George Washington High School. A native of Pulaski County, Virginia, Mr. Kesling holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from Radford University, and a Masters of Music from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mr. Kesling is a Member of the National Association for Music Educators as well as Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity.  Mr. Kesling is in his eleventh year of teaching in the Danville Public Schools. Mr. Kesling maintains an active performance schedule outside school, performing with various local groups. Mr. Kesling now resides in Danville with his wife Abigail and daughter Evelyn.
