Homebound instruction is provided for any student who is unable to attend school because of a temporary physical or emotional handicap. Upon request of the student’s parent or guardian, and provided such a request is recommended by a physician, homebound services will be provided for the student. A medical form must be completed by a licensed physician or licensed clinical psychologist. The only subjects offered on homebound are English, Math, Social Studies and Science. Services are provided by a certified teacher either in the home or through online instruction.
